How should managers sign in the first time?

Their Employee ID Send one identical email to everyone — no mail merge. Managers must set their own password the first time they sign in. A manager only gets this if their own Employee ID is in the file — either as a row in their own team, or in an optional manager_employee_id column. Anyone missing it gets a random password instead and appears in a short list to send individually. A random password for each manager More secure. You download a CSV of the passwords and mail-merge it from Outlook. The passwords are shown once, right after upload.
